Chard with green leaves and large yellow stalks that maintain their colour during cooking - suitable for cultivation in open fields. This variety was recovered by the Swiss Pro Specie Rara Foundation. It is cultivated at different times of year in various regions of Italy. The plants stand tall and upright. The green leaves are characterized by an oval-lanceolate shape with a bright yellow stalk. Cultivation can take place by direct sowing or by transplanting. The seed can be produced directly by farmers themselves.

Bietola a foglie verdi e coste larghe di colore giallo brillante, che mantengono il colore durante la cottura. Idonea per la coltivazione in pieno campo.

Varietà recuperata dalla Fondazione svizzera Pro Specie Rara, viene coltivata in periodi diversi in varie regioni italiane. Le piante si presentano con portamento tendenzialmente eretto. Le foglie sono caratterizzate da un lembo ovale-lanceolato di un colore verde brillante  con la costa gialla. La messa a coltura può avvenire per semina diretta o per trapianto. Il seme può essere è autoprodotto dagli stessi agricoltori.
